can not send/recieve mail from my outlook 2003 mailbox.

A error message keeps coming up when i try to send/recieve email since the
pass two days. It there a problem with outlook or any suggestions on what i
should do to rectify this problem?

It would certainly help if you would tell us what message you are
receiving, as well as the Outlook version and account type (POP3/SMTP,
IMAP, Exchange Server).
