can not send

outlook 2003 & outlok express 6. using them for years ok. just this week,
both stopped sending. isp walked me thru many fixes, but to no avail. I can
send, but not recieve. bell south web email works fine and also works fine on
another computer. so, somehow this computer is corupted. i even did a systen
restore.

Usually you will get an err msg, in Outlook, you can even use the test
accounts feature
