Can not start MSOffice Outlook

I had installed Outlook 2003 on my D drive. It went blew
up so I use the Setup disk to uninstall Office. I
reinstalled Office 2003 on my C drive. All programs work
except Outlook. Went I try to open it I get the initial
screen then the error message "Can not start MS Office
Outlook. Unable to open the outlook window. the set of
folders could not be found". I couldn't find anything on
the MS site that helped me.
