Can not to select a vertical text block

Office 2003, Word

The bug occur only on some computer. The vertical text block is selected by
ALT+mouse "dragging". But when I click mouse the Reseath Bar appears (it
income usually by ALT+click).

The bug is that Reseath Bar must not appear untill mouse button is released.

This *can* be done; just be sure to exert firm pressure on the mouse button
so that it does not register a "click."

But if it only interesting for you. I now have read an article about
removing macro virus checking when Word start and remove third-party Word
plugins (those were Informatic Orfo 2002 plugins - spell and grammar
professional Russian checker). After that Word work perfectly. BTW I have MS
mouse
