While upgrading to Business Contact Manager Update 2 in Outlook 2003
installation stopped while finishing SQL Desktop Sever. I managed to
uninstall Update however Business Contact Manager previous version no longer
works. When I open Outlook I get the message SQLEVN70.RLL is corrupted. I
Attemped to uninstall previous version and perform fresh install but, when I
click uninstall of previous version I receive a message that
BusinessContactManager-Fullfile-ENU.msp cannot be located. I can not run
install of previous version or Update 2 overtop due to request for
BusinessContactManager-Fullfile-ENU.msp
Question, is it possible to delete Business Contact Manager manually
including registry files and would this allow me to install previous version
from CD. I have gone through the Business Contact Manager CD and can not
locate the missing -FullFile-ENU.msp.
Thanks
