Can not update my MS Office Basic Edition 2003

I start the Downlosd then on page 4 it ask for "OUTRET" and to put in the
disk that contain Outlook. I do what it ask. But it can't find the "OUTRET".
I am running XP Home Edition. the outlook was installed by DELL. Why can I
not Complete the update?

Are you using a PDA that came with Outlook? Try putting in that disk rather
than your Office disk.

What does a PDA have to do with this problem. It appears that you can not
update MS Office Basic Edidtion 2003. I am running XP Home Edition on my
laptop, the outlook was installed on my laptop by DELL. When I go the MS,
Office family and ask for updates. It shows me updates. I try to install the
updates and that is where OUTRET appears. This problem Occurs on page 4. Try
again Milly.
