Can not update Office XP Small Business Edition

I am trying to install the security updates For Microsoft
Office XP Small Business Edition on my Dell 8200 PC.

I downloaded the install files from the MS web site but
when I try to install them I get a request from the
installer asking for the file 'SBERET.MSI'. I inserted
the Office XP CDROM but this files does not exist on the
CD and therefore I am unable to install the updates.
What am I doing wrong?
