Can not Upgrade to ACCDB from MDB

I have a database I have been working on in MDB format, when I try to
upgrade to the newer format or "Save As" I get the following error.

"You attempted to open a database that is already opened exclusively
by user 'Admin' on machined 'KEYSER-SOZE'. Try again when the database
is availble."


I know Keyser Soze is the name of the desktop I am using. I have
tried opening the database exclusively, restarting, and everything
else google have provided me with. I am at a complete loss. I am the
only on who has access to this database, it is not on a network, and
it is in a trusted location. I will include a link to download the
database if any feels so inclined. Any advice at all is greatly
appreciated.

Which version of Access are you trying this in?

When you open the database, are you opening it "exclusive"?
