Hi Folks,
I'm a therapist and it is convenient to use Entourage to keep track of
client progress notes as well as appointments, contact info, etc. However,
there is a security problem having the progress notes synced to my Palm. If
the Palm were lost, my clients would have their confidential information at
risk.
I can set my Palm to always lock itself on when it is turned off, and so
everything will stay protected behind a password. However, it would be much
nicer just to be able to not sync those note files to the Palm at all.
I suppose I could just not sync the Notes at all, but I wonder if there is a
better solution.
In Outlook I could create a separate note folder that would not sync, but I
don't think I can do this in Entourage. Is there some other way to
accomplish the same result? All the notes in question share a common
category "Client Records."
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
