Can one change default setting of Start and End Appoint Times?

Most of the meetings I set are 1-1/2 hour. The default is 30 mins. Is it
possible to change the default to 90 mins (1-1/2 hr)?

to the Outlook newsgroups in the "Community Newsgroups" panel: start by
