Can one copy an internet link into powerpoint?

B

Brook

I am trying to set up a powerpoint presentation for a math class, in which I
use some java applets. I want to copy and paste the website link for the java
applet into powerpoint as I would in Word. When this is done in word the
pasted item automatically becomes a link right to the website. Is this
possible in Powerpoint? and How?

Thanks for any advise
Brook

Brook,
Don't know if I understand your question correctly but try this: insert a
textbox and leave it empty. With your cursor in the textbox
Go to Insert - Hyperlink - at the bottom of the dialog next to address paste
your internet link.
It should also work when you paste it in directly and then go to Insert -
hyperlink - and add the address at the bottom of the dialog.
Hope I understood you correctly.
