Can one EMail the Speech files created in Office 2003 for playbac.

I am curious about whether one can send sound files recorded with the Office
2003 speech engines to others via EMail.

Also, has anyone used the speech recognition in Office 2003 to record a
meeting for subsequent transcription? In essence, recording multiple people
without necessarily training the PC with every voice.
