Can one keep Publisher XP (from Small Business Edition) after installing
Office 2003 standard edition? Id so, one does one go about it? Thanks.

Hi Moi,

Generally when upgrading Office the installer will not remove
programs for which it has no replacement. To be safe you can
choose 'custom' as the Office 2003 installation type and
it will let you choose what older versions to retain/lose.
