Can One Note be used with Lotus Notes as opposed to Outlook?

I work in an office that use Office XP and Lotus Notes. I see the benefits
of One Notes as a filing tool and as a Project Management tool. Are the
features in One Note compatible with the older office software as well as
Lotus Notes?

It depends on which features you're talking about.

Some of the features that transfer data to and from OneNote require the
Office 2003 versions of Word, Excel, etc.

OneNote SP1 has an import API that might be used for custom applications
that interface with Lotus Notes.

Can you clarify what you're looking to do with these systems and maybe we
can help suggest solutions or workarounds.
