Can one see the cursor position at bottom of the page

In Word X.v the inches from the page where the cursor was situated was displayed. Is this still available in 2008? Having the ruler on the side of the page is not as good.

Sorry! Word 2008 removed that information from the status bar. You
should use Help | Send Feedback in Word and tell MS that you want the
status bar to show the location of the cursor in inches.

The Word 2008 status bar is also missing section and page information,
as well as column and line. Feel free to mention all those things. Try
to convince them it's important by explaining how not having it makes
your life difficult.
