Can Onenote produce activity reports ?

Hi,

I've finally installed onenote trial to see if it fits my
requirements. And OK I'm still learning so go easy on me here. But you
vetrons of the product should be able to help me here.

Quite simply I manage around 50 projects at any one time. Because of
this each time I get an email or phone call ideally I should record
this, as quite often it results in an action to do something.

Some days it seems like all I do is create tasks from these sub
projects, and by the end of the week I have no idea what I should be
doing first.

So my thought was, if I record all these actions using the tabs in
OneNote, then what I need to be able to do is create tasks.

Then press a button to show me ALL tasks that are outstanding from ALL
projects. Of course I might want to add filters etc to this.

WILL THE FLAG FEATURE ENABLE ME TO DO THIS ?

Yes, that's what it's for. I suggest you read the help on Note Flags and the
Note Flag summary pane to get a sense of the full power here, plus ideas on
how to use it to best effect.
