can only access PWA by IP

When on the server, I can access PWA by navigating to
http://servername/projectserver

But when I am on a different computer on the network, keying in that address
brings up a "Page Cannot Be Displayed". I can get there by typing in
http://I.P.Address/projectserver, but I'd like to figure out what's causing
this because I think it is at the root of some issues with accessing document
libraries.

Sounds as if Winns services isn't running or seeing your server or there's
another issue with name resolution on the network.

Turns out there was a DNS issue. Thanks for your help. And sorry for the
multiple posts, but I kept getting a message telling me to try again later.
