can only access PWA via IP

When on the Project/Sharepoint Server, I can easily navigate to PWA via
http://servername/projectserver. On other machines on the network, however,
I can only access PWA via http://I.P.Address/projectserver. Using the server
name brings up a "Page cannot be displayed."

Any ideas?

This is a DNS issue. The server hosting the project server has not been registered in DNS of your network. Talk to someone in your network support areas that takes care of DNS and they should be able to help you out.
