D. Burton
I've put the chat post I had with Dell here.
D Burton: "Hi. My Outlook 2007 will not send/receive. I have checked all the
KB articles, reinstalled Office, uninstalled AVG anti-virus. I just switched
over to Windows 7. I can download message headers but cannot get the whole
message without going the header/mark/process route. Also, my RSS feeds will
not update after initially subscribing. All messages were downloaded
initially but none after.
D Burton: "Send works just fine also."To clarify, under options/mailsetup,
the send receive button does nothing, also ctrl-alt-s. Nothing happens for me
to change those settings. I've even tried setting up my client in IMAP. I've
used the exact same settings as my old laptop for comparison.
Agent (Prosupport Ryan S.): "So, prior to the upgrade to windows 7 you were
able to send and receive email on this machine, correct?"
D Burton: "Yes."
D Burton: "I completely reinstalled Office after the switch. I've checked
all the KB articles at Microsoft to no avail."
