Can only reply in HTML

I can only reply to mail in HTML. Can only access mail in
preview mode. Have reinstalled outlook, etc. Had
installed and uninstalled an Outlook addin called Anagram
but removed everything including register entries. I ran
scan pst - no problems found. Imported the pst on another
system and it works perfectly. Can anybody offer any
advice? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
