I have a customer that it having a weird problem. When she
is scheduling a meeting she goes into other users calender

Other users she is fine and can see as far ahead as she
wants. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...

This depends on how far ahead she has published the Calendar;
Tools-> Options-> button Calendar Options-> button Free/Busy Options...

Were going to try this, but like I told the customer...you
can't make someone change their settings...and all the
other users are VIP's...so we'll see..thanks for the reply
though...I'll keep this updated

I guess it is set by default to 2 months...or 2 months
plus the present month which makes it 3 months. The folks
who this particular customer was having a problem with
were all VIP's...some of them reset their stuff and she
was able to see beyond the 3 months...others didn't and
she can't but she was cool with this. This is a huge
network and I don't think the powers that be would modify
the GP since it doens't seem to be a problem with a lot of
folks...thanks for your help though!
