Can others see if you sent someone a BCC copy?

Sending a email out (with no embedded message) just text
and you BCC another copy, can the receipent find out if
there is a BCC to someone else? Someone said no then in
questions/answers for Microsoft mentioned a fault in email
that has embedded emails that the receipent can see the
bcc person? Can anyone answer this? Thanks.

No, that's the whole purpose of Bcc. There was a leak in an earlier Outlook
version, but that was years ago.
