Can Outlook 2003 & Outlook 2000 both be on same computer?

I need to use the Advance Search feature of Outlook 2000 to search folders on
my computer. This feature was removed in Outlook 2003. My question? Does
anyone know if both Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003 can be installed on the
same computer. Outlook 2003 for email etc, but Outlook 2000 to use only the
Advanced Search tool.

Would there be any conflicts in using Outlook 2003 for email if the older
version exists on the same computer?

Unfortunately not AFAIK. You can install two versions of Office with the
exception of Outlook where you can only install the newest version.

I don't know any search tool that is more advanced on OL2K than on 2003
(using both on two different computers).

How about using Windows Desktop Search
(http://www.microsoft.com/windows/desktopsearch/enterprise/default.mspx)
- it can find anything within seconds on both HD and OL.
