can outlook automatically open, when windows starts up?

when i open windows, i would like outlook to open automatically, i cant seem
to find any auto prompt or other process so the program auto starts.

Place a shortcut for the Outlook program in the Startup folder of
Windows. This folder can be found in on the All Programs (XP) or
Programs (98/2000) menu.

You can right-click on the start button and choose Explore All Users.
Select the Programs folder locate the Outlook shortcut and then copy it
into the Startup folder.

That will make Outlook startup when you load Windows.
