Can Outlook automatically reply to an alternate address?

If I receive an e-mail from Bob's work address, is there a way to configure
Outlook 2003 to automatically use Bob's personal address for the reply? I
know that manually substituting addresses isn't a huge hassle, but if I could
just hit reply and have the alternate address already in the TO: line, that'd
save a step or two.

And, like Thermos, how would it know?

Well, how about an Outlook function such as a rule that substitutes e-mail
addresses that you've specified when you reply to a particular sender?

And, again, how would it know when to reply to the private email address and
not to the work emial address, presuming you would want the option toreply
to both??

Allow me to clarify. I don't expect Outlook to act like the Oracle at Delphi.
I would like Outlook to ALWAYS use the personal email address of one specific
contact, when I reply to that person. No variability. If Mr. Jones emails me
from his ibm.com acct, I would like to be able to specify that Outlook use
his yahoo.com acct for the reply - absolutely every time. If Outlook can't do
that, then fine. But if it can, then I'd sure like to know. It seems as
though Outlook could handle it. After all, it's just a simple if/then rule.
Of course, simple in theory is not always simple (or possible) in practice.
