Can Outlook be linked with Access so I can use the email addresses in my dbase?

I have a Access 2002 dbase which contains a contact table. How can I 'link'
it with Outlook so I can use those addresses. And no, I cannot get the
'Linked Table' feature to work. I can only figure out how to create a new
table that is linked to outlook and I need to link an existing table. Also,
when I have tried to use the linked tables, I can add a contact to outlook
and it puts it into the dbase but if I put a contact in the dbase it does
not show up in Outlook.
