Can Outlook be set-up to pick up read emails from my email account

I have been away for a week an accessing my emails (oceanfree.net) directly
over the web. Am home now and Outlook is only picking-up NEW emails and
leaving the old emails that I have read. Is there a way of re-setting my
Outlook email account to pick up ALL EMAILS and not just NEW EMAILS?

Web interface and Outlook are two entirely different things. Mails read on
the Web interface of your ISP should NOT be marked as read by Outlook.
