Can Outlook to show that an attachement has been removed?

When I remove an attachment, there's no trace to the fact that there used to
be an attachment.
Having just migrated from Lotus Notes, I'm used to there being a tagline
added stating: <attachment 'filename' was deleted by 'username'
date-timestamp>

Does anything like this exist in Outlook 2007?
