Can Powerpoint do this?

I would like to create a diagram, in a tree or outline,
of a number of project documents. A kind of "project
documenation map".

Project Name
|--Initiate--<document name w/icon>
|--Plan -----<expandable control>
| |--project estimate--<document name & icon>
| |--subcontractors----<document name w/icon>
|--Deliverables

Thats the best representation I can do, hope that gets
the idea across. Ideally, the dotted lines would be line
connectors. Any help on doing this easily would be
appreciated.

Just use autoshapes or textboxes and the smart connectors, which are also
available on the autoshapes menu (look under 'lines").
