can pp player reside on CD

can i put the powerpoint viewer on a CD and then run a
ppt file within that viewer. or does the viewer have to
be installed on a machine in order to use it?

The Viewer does not have to be installed on the system. It will run from
the CD if you include all of the needed files and burn them correctly. See
