Can Project be run from A USB Micro Disc?

Can MSProject be loaded onto a USB Micro Disc? (Not the Flash Memory type)
How would I set it up to run from my computer at home in addition to the one
at the office.
Does Microsoft frown on this from a EULA point of view?
