Can projects be archived so the can only be seen by administrator

I am using Project Server 2003 with Project Prof 2003.

When all of the tasks from a published project have been completed and
therefore the project is complete, can the project be archived so it is still
assessible via Project Server (by for example the administrator) but it comes
off the list of Projects that the resource members can view. At the moment
the only way I can remove a project from peoples view is to permanently
delete it from the server (I don't necessarily want to do this though).

Many thanks in advance

You can use a project custom field or outline code to specify that a project
is archived and use that to filter it out of all the project center views if
you do not want it to be visible there.

To get rid of the completed task assignments in the team member (resources)
timesheets you could go to PWA's Admin>Clean Up Project Server database and
delete all completed task assignments for all resources. This will,
however, get rid of completed task assignments in active projects as well.

The other option is to save the completed project as an mpp and delete the
project through Admin>Clean Up Project Server database. Then re-import the
project and do not publish All Information. This will clean up the
assignments for that project only but will allow you to access the plan from
the server.
