Can projects be archived so the can only be seen by administrator

I am using MS Project Pro 2003 with Project Server 2003

My question is.

When all the tasks of a project have been completed and therefore the
project is also complete, can the project be archived within the Project
Server/web access so it can be retrieved/reviewed/referred to at a later
date. The reason for this question is that if I don't permanently delete
Projects (via "Admin", "Clean up Project Server database") they continue to
show up in the "Projects Centre" section of web access even when the project
is complete.

Many thanks in advance

I haven't found a way to hide a project from the MS Project Open dialog but
you can easily hide projects from the Project Center views by defining an
Enterprise Outline code to flag projects as "Archived" and then create a new
view which filters out those projects.

No luck using Versions yet. We tried ;(

About 6 or 7 weeks ago, Reid McTaggart posted an ingenious technique for
hiding completed projects in the Project Center page so that only the
Project Server administrator can see the completed projects. Because it was
his idea, I would invite him to share his technique. Reid, if you read this
message, would you be willing to repost your good idea?
