Can "publisher" business cards be exported to PDF?

I want an outside printing company to print the cards I designed with
microsoft publisher, they need it to be in PDF form. Is this possible to
convert? If yes, how?

Yes, darned near ANYTHING can be converted to a .pdf file. You need
third-party software. I use Adobe Acrobat but I've also recommended PrimoPDF
(www.primopdf.com).
