Can receive but not send email

Odd problem...

We just switched to Entourage 2008 because
we upgraded our Exchange server.

I have a user who can receive just fine.
(contacts & calendar are good as well)

But...

They cannot send.

I created a my account on that same
computer and was able to send/receive just fine.

I deleted all accounts and identities, then
recreated the problem user's account...

no good

I uninstalled Entourage 2008 and re-installed
it... no good.

Our Exchange server is on our LAN and does
not go through an outside ISP.

I appreciate any help anyone may offer.

Use his default SMTP address for this user in Entourage. If you are using
the same send us the exact error message you are getting.
