CAN RECEIVE BUT NOT SEND MESSAGES IN OUTLOOK 2007

Running Windows Vista - Office Small Business 2007
Can no longer send e-mail mesages from Outlook, but can still receive them

Any error messages you can share with us?

As a first step try removing the account and add it back again. Also check
for 3rd party applications (including email antivirus integration) that
might be blocking outgoing mail.
