Can receive but not send

Running OfficeXP with WinXP. Exchange Server 5.5. Dialing
directly to server. Can receive e-mails, but cannot send.
When sending e-mails. They are treated as sent, but gets
an email from System Administrator that says they are
undeliverable. In the email,

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

Subject: aSubject
Sent: 12/16/2003 5:24 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Doe, John on 12/16/2003 7:57 AM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to
this recipient.

Does not matter where e-mails are to, in-house or outside,
all sent e-mails get treated the same way. Settings are
all correct. Not server side (i think) since the account
itself can send e-mails (tried sending using account on
different pc). Please help! I am so confused. Haven't
found anything on Google nor on these newsgroups. HELP!
