Can schedule meetings further then one month out in Outlook 2002?

Our Admin has access to everyones calendar and usually
does all the scheduling of meetings. Today when she
tried to schedule a meeting for Sept 2004, it shows all
invitees as information unavailable? So she can't
schedule the meeting. Any ideas why this is happening?
We have never had a problem with scheduling meetings far
out in advance.
