Can see reply text in autopreview, but not in reading pane

When using autopreview in Outlook 2003, a recipient's reply text to one of my
sent emails is displayed (ie: one or two lines of their reply shows in the
autopreview), but the reply text does not appear in either the reading pane,
nor in the reply email when I open it. Any ideas of why this is happening,
and how I can fix it so can I always see the reply text?

Try running a Detect and Repair operation from the Help menu. Make sure you
have your Office CD handy.

I ran Detect and Repair, but this did not fix my existing emails : ie: those
that do not show the reply text in the reading pane or when opened - they
still only show the reply text in the autopreview pane. But perhaps it has
fixed future emails. Let me run for a couple of days to see if the problem
persists. If the problem persists, I will need some more ideas on how to
fix it.
