Can send a message but not receive messages

We set up an additional email for my wife's business in outlook. She can
send me an email with no problem. When I try to reply to the message or send
her a message from any of my accounts I get the following message

<[email protected]>:
72.167.238.201 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected (e-mail address removed)
Giving up on 72.167.238.201.

Is there a setting that is wrong in Outlook? When we run the test account
we get all green check marks. Thank you.
