can send but can't recieve

i just upgraded to outlook from oe and i can send email
but recieved mail still goes to oe.

If your OE client is still active both OE and O will be competing for the email from your ISP email server. Close down OE
If you are getting an error on receiving mail in O then check to make sure your POP3 ID is correct (tools-accounts-properties-servers
