Can Send but not Receive

Suddenly, I am unable to receive any messages in my Outlook Inbox. Sending messages is no problem. Received messages don't show up in my Inbox or any of my junk mail folders, although they are downloaded to webmail.

I'm using Outlook 2003 Professional Edition. I'm running Windows XP.

I get no error messages during Send/Receive. When I click the Send/Receive button, nothing happens, nor do any messages automatically download when I open Outlook.

Any ideas?
