Can seperate users use Outlook??

Right now my wife uses outlook along with her Dell PDA for her conacts,
appointments and such and then syncs it nightly... My daughter and I just
bought 2 Nokia Cell phones which all saving contacts numbers and
appointments and such like my PDA only problem is Outlook is set up for my
wife with her appointments and contacts. Is the a way for multiple users to
use Outlook and each have their own settings, contacts and such?? A possible
problem that may be a concern in setting up different accounts or profiles
is we all use the same e-mail address..

The best way to keep things separate is to setup different Windows users,
each with their own settings.

That's the only way?? We never set our computers up that way.. I thought
for sure there would be a way to set up multiple users for Outlook.

You can setup multiple MAPI profiles in the Control Panel's Mail applet but
it's usually best to let the OS do what it's designed to do for multiple
users. Trust me, it works quite well in a family setting once you get used
to it.
