Can someone explain to me the hierarchy of Office?
I mean will Office XP users suffer because they didn't wait for Office 2003?
I don't get it. Will Office XP users get updated to Office 2003 or what? Who can say?

Some may miss new features or the revamped version of Outlook. There's
always an opportunity cost in buying technology at a specific time.

Only very recent purchases (after August 15, 2003) of Office XP entitle you
to an automatic upgrade.
