In my "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Small Business\Business Contact Manager"
directory, I need to replace the outdated Account form files for BCM with
newer versions. I just don't know where to find them, though they must be in
every functioning Outlook 2003 with BCM out there, in the directory listed
above. Can I have a copy of yours? Please (someone) send the most updated
version (see below) of the following six files to (e-mail address removed) :
Account.oft (74 kb)
Activity (33kb)
Business Note (28 kb)
Contact (67 kb)
Opportunity (46 kb)
PhoneCall (29 kb)
The origin of this problem: I inadvertently deleted SQL files on my hard
drive. When I restored and updated (with SP3) my Outlook 2003 with Business
Contact Manager, I received this message:
"Your .oft file for message class IPM.Contact.BCM.Account has a wrong
version. Requested version 2.00.3516.00, .oft form version 1.00.1616.00"
The error message provided no information about how to obtain the version it
requested. When I go into BCM, I can see all my contacts in a "phone view"
list, but when I attempt to open a contact, I get "BCM was unable to
initialize this form".
