Can someone tell me how to get rid of this warning message?

I am seeing this message dialog every time I open Word 2003.

Title Bar: "Microsoft Office Word"
Message: "Microsoft Office Word has detectedthat your computer has a
version of Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker that is know to cause instabilities in
Word 2003. To resolve this issue, download an update
from Adobe System's web site."

Then there are three command buttons, namely More Information, Continue
Anyway, and Disable Add-In for this Session.

I originally had Adobe Acrobat 4.0 on this system, but that has been
unistalled and yet I am still getting this message..

I believe this is the result of a remnant of the old acrobat that did not
get removed properly, but I can't figure out what to delete to get rid of
it. It is probably some macro file or something.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Word 2003, Tools, Templates and Add-ins. Clear the box for PDFmaker.dot.
Select the entry and the path to the file will be displayed at the bottom of
the box so you can find and delete the file.
