Can`t configure Outlook

I`ve installed a trial version of Word 2007 and when I try to configure my
mail settings a message says to re-install.Outlook.
How do I do this and will it solve my problem?

Thank you for your reply.
I`m not sure of the version. It was part of a free trial with my new laptop
in Microsoft Office 2007

Assuming you didnt install, from CD/dvd, any other version of Office, use
the mail applet in the control panel to correctly configure your type of
connection, pop, imap etc, and add the accounts
Control Panel, Classic View in Vista

Thanks for your help DL.
I have configured Windows Mail to get my email.
I don`t need Office as I`ve other apps for that sort of thing.
Works just like Outlook Express so ..........Happy.
