Can the Command + Enter keyboard command to send be changed?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I've been looking and cannot find a way to change this keyboard shortcut in Entourage 2008. What is happening is we have a person in our company that is switching from a PC to a Mac and keeps hitting Command + Enter by accident - I'd like to know if there is a way to disable this or change it so that he can no longer "accidentally" send a message before he is done composing it.

You can reprogram keys using System Preferences or a third party

Generally, after a few mistakes, the person will reprogram themselves. I had
to use a PC keyboard for a while and had to switch the Command key to the
Windows (Option) key. It took less than a day to make it automatic.
