Can the Navigation Bar and Page Banner be different?

When using the navigational bar and page banners
available in FrontPage 2000 I find myself stuck. My
navigational bar buttons are not big enough (nor do I
want them to be) to hold the words 'Frequently Asked
Questions'. I want the navigational bar buttons to
say 'FAQs' and the page banner to say 'Frequently Asked
Questions'.

Whatever I put in the Page Banner shows up in the
Navigational Bar Buttons.

Must they be the same?

Does anyone know a way around this?

Yes, that is one of the limitations of using the FP navigation and banner
components. Solution, create your own banners. Better yet, use text as this
give the search engine something to index.
