Can this be done with templates and a database for a org chart

I all.. I am using visio pro 2002......

I have a database that I setup using the model from visio ie name/report
to etc... I would like to be able to setup a singel page with all the boxes
setup like I would like the page to look. I would then like to be able to
populate those boxes with the info from the database....

My problem is that the when I setup the org chart template (i think I am
doing this correctly, made a background page and linked the other pages to
the background). How can I have it setup to recognize the top one be the
exectuve etc??? Or do I need to setup each page and then populate each
cell???

Just trying to make it easier....

the only way to guarantee that the page will consistently look like you want
it is to write the code yourself. The orgchart template has embedded code
that builds a new page every time so any manual changes will have been lost.
